Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By booking or using cleaning services through Broom To Bloom Services, operated by Maddox LLC, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all one-time, recurring, and customized cleaning services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments: All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment information has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Arrival Times: Appointments may include an arrival window. While every effort is made to arrive as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Property Access: Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Failure to provide access at the scheduled appointment may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service amount. Access issues involving keys or entry instructions may incur additional fees, as disclosed during booking.

3. Cleaning Services

Service Scope: Services are performed according to the selected cleaning package, applicable checklist, and any additional services agreed upon during booking.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and are subject to availability.

Supplies and Equipment: Cleaning professionals provide the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Clients must communicate any product restrictions, allergies, delicate surfaces, or special instructions before the appointment.

Property Conditions: Pricing is based on the information provided during booking. Excessive buildup, unusual conditions, or additional cleaning requirements may result in a revised quote. Any additional charges will be communicated for approval before the additional work begins.

Service Limitations: Cleaning does not include restoration, repairs, permanent stain removal, mold remediation, pest removal, or other specialized services unless expressly agreed upon.

Cleaning professionals are not required to move furniture or objects weighing more than 25 pounds. Areas that cannot be accessed safely may be excluded from service.

4. Payments

Payment Method: A valid payment card is required to secure a booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved.

Authorization: A temporary authorization hold may be placed approximately 24 hours before the scheduled service. This is not an additional charge.

Payment Processing: Payment is due upon completion of the service and may be processed using the payment method on file, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional Charges: Approved add-ons, applicable taxes, and fees disclosed during booking may be included in the final invoice.

Outstanding Balances: Unpaid balances must be resolved before additional services can be scheduled.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to our booking policies and may incur fees depending on the notice provided.

Applicable fees and conditions are disclosed during the booking process. By confirming an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies presented at the time of booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Broom To Bloom Services is committed to providing quality cleaning services and addressing legitimate service concerns promptly.

Clients must report concerns within 72 hours of service completion, preferably with supporting photographs.

If an area included in the agreed cleaning scope was missed or inadequately cleaned, we will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange corrective cleaning at no additional charge.

Corrective cleaning is limited to areas included in the original booking and does not cover new messes, normal wear and tear, permanent discoloration, pre-existing damage, or services outside the agreed scope.

This guarantee does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

7. Cleaning Professionals

Broom To Bloom Services works with carefully selected independent cleaning professionals based on their experience, reliability, and professionalism.

Our company coordinates bookings, scheduling, client communication, and customer support for services arranged through Broom To Bloom Services.

Clients should direct all service-related questions, concerns, and requests to our company.

8. Property Care and Liability

Property Protection: Reasonable care will be taken when performing cleaning services. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and identifying fragile, damaged, improperly installed, or delicate items before service.

Pre-Existing Conditions: Broom To Bloom Services is not responsible for damage resulting solely from pre-existing defects, ordinary wear and tear, improper installation, or conditions unrelated to the cleaning service.

Damage Reporting: Suspected property damage should be reported promptly, preferably within 72 hours of discovery, with supporting photographs and a description of the concern.

Reported incidents will be reviewed individually. Responsibility for verified damage will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Broom To Bloom Services is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.

9. Health and Safety

Clients must provide a reasonably safe working environment and disclose known hazards before service.

Cleaning professionals may decline, suspend, or discontinue work where unsafe conditions are present, including hazardous materials, aggressive animals, pest infestations, bodily waste, or other conditions requiring specialized handling.

Broom To Bloom Services reserves the right to evaluate whether additional precautions or services are necessary before work can continue.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Broom To Bloom Services respects client privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its posted privacy practices.

Client information may be shared with cleaning professionals and service providers when reasonably necessary to fulfill bookings, process payments, communicate with clients, or provide customer support.

Personal information will not be sold by Broom To Bloom Services.

11. Termination or Refusal of Services

Broom To Bloom Services reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services for legitimate business or safety reasons, including unsafe working conditions, inappropriate conduct, repeated access issues, unpaid balances, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Any applicable charges or refunds will be determined based on services performed, the circumstances of cancellation, and applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
